Physiotherapy helps to safely restore normal movement and muscle power, strength, endurance, control and stability using specific posture, core and flexibility work such as pilates and reformer pilates, personalised exercise programmes, and advice on returning to work or sport
- Following a sports injury such as a muscle tear, ligament injury - such as an ankle sprain , bone stress injury or rotator cuff tear
- Following a bone fracture such as wrist, hip,ankle, arm ,shoulder
- For tendinopathies such as achilles tendinopathy, gluteal tendinopathy , patella tendinopathy, plantarfasciopathy, tennis elbow
- After a life-changing operation such as a hip or knee replacement, or ACL repair

Pre-hab is becoming increasingly more important prior to surgery and is recommended for a minimum of 3 months before undergoing ACL repair
